The Social Security Advisory Committee formally consulted on the following regulations:
- Universal Credit Regulations 2012
- Universal Credit, Personal Independence Payment and Working-age Benefits (Claims and Payments) Regulations 2012
- Housing Benefit (Benefit Cap) Regulations 2012
The Committee also considered but did not formally consulting on the following regulations:
- Universal Credit, Personal Independence Payment and Working-age Benefits (Decisions and Appeals) Regulations 2012
- Jobseeker´s Allowance Regulations 2012
- Employment and Support Allowance Regulations 2012
The closing date for responses was 27 July 2012.
