Our PIP Guide has now been updated to include changes to regulations following the High Court decision RF v Secretary of State for Work and Pensions.
From 16 March 2017, new PIP rules (regulations) prevented an award of the enhanced PIP mobility rate, for claimants who suffered psychological distress and needed someone with them when when trvelling on familiar journey.
