Important changes to DWP services.
Helplines
Customers can now call between 8.00am and 7.30pm Monday to Friday for the following helplines:
DLA (Disability Living Allowance)
DLA (Disability Living Allowance) Child
IIDB (Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit
Calls may be answered more quickly between 8.30am – 9.30am or after 6pm. Visit www.Gov.uk for more details on opening hours.
GSI
The GSI (Government Secure Intranet) network is being phased out across Government. As part of this change, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) including the Jobcentre network will remove ‘.gsi’ from their email addresses by 31 March 2019.
From 31 March 2019 if you need to contact the DWP by email using an existing DWP email address, you will need to change this from @dwp.gsi.gov.uk to @dwp.gov.uk
