How our GOGA Peer Support Project is making disabled people more active

21 February 2018

Disability Rights UK set up a Peer Support Project in Oct 2016 as partners on the Get Out Get Active (GOGA) Programme.

The aim is to get disabled people and people with health conditions more active by providing trained mentors to work one to one with them, providing practical and emotional support. The mentors themselves have experience of disability.

If you want an informal chat or want to find out when the next training session is happening near you, contact Kate Pieroudis (GOGA Peer Support Lead at Disability Rights UK)  on 07715 960710 or kate.pieroudis@disabilityrightsuk.org
