Transport for All is looking for evidence from Disabled and older Londoners who use patient transport, following concerns about the eligibility criteria.
They are looking for Disabled and older people who have booked, or tried to book, patient transport within London in the last year to complete a short survey about their experience with arranging patient transport.
The deadline to respond is 31 August 2018
