Do you live in Wandsworth and want to get more active?

Get Out Get Active (GOGA) is all about getting more people in Roehampton active through fun, physical activity. There is lots on offer to suit everyone- all ages and abilities welcome! If you don’t live in Roehampton but want to get involved, get in touch on the numbers below and we’ll find something in your local area.

What’s on offer?

  • Junior non-contact Kick Boxing
  • Beginners running club
  • Disability tennis
  • Free swimming for men
  • Back to Netball
  • Rave Fitness

All our activities are inclusive and accessible- we particularly welcome disabled people or people with long-term health conditions.

During the first few months of delivery, GOGA Roehampton has seen over 60 local people try a new activity. Could you be one?!

Are you already active and want to mentor a disabled person to be more active?

We’re also looking for disabled and non-disabled people to act as mentors and work one-to-one with someone to get them more active. Full training and support offered. Want more information?
