We had a full attendance at our Fab Lab workshop, held in Eccles Gateway Centre, 8-9th October

For example John, who has 30% brain damage as a result of a car accident, found it useful to write and print his thoughts onto wristbands using a 3D printer.

Disability Rights UK, the University of Salford, and the University of Dundee are working together to explore the possibilities of digital fabrication. The project is titled 'In the Making', and will involve disabled people in developing commercial, social and creative benefits from new digital fabrication technology.
