Our Mission  

We campaign for the rights of all disabled people to be included in every aspect of life. We bring the lived experiences of disabled people to everything we do. We challenge policy makers, institutions and individuals to remove the barriers that exist for us.

Our commitment to customers and service users

We will:

Promote the rights of disabled people in all our work and actions

Deal with all enquiries promptly, efficiently and professionally, with no one waiting more than five days for a response.

Ensure we do not over reach the limits of our own knowledge, expertise and delivery scope when dealing with enquiries.

Signpost to more suitable forms of support, such as Disability Rights UK member organisations, when we are unable to support with an enquiry.

Seek, encourage and consider all suggestions, feedback, complaints etc, and respond where required in a timely and professional manner.

Use feedback to underpin an ethos of continuous improvement, to better meet the needs of our customers, service users and those we represent.

Promote equality and fair treatment in all areas, not just disability.
