Our Customer Charter
Our Vision
Our vision is of a society where everyone with lived experience of disability or health conditions can participate equally as full citizens.
Our Mission
To strengthen the voice of disabled people to make our rights real, as an effective national organisation led by people with a wide range of impairments or health conditions.
Our commitment to customers and service users
We will:
Promote the rights of disabled people in all our work and actions
Deal with all enquiries promptly, efficiently and professionally, with no one waiting more than five days for a response.
Ensure we do not over reach the limits of our own knowledge, expertise and delivery scope when dealing with enquiries.
Signpost to more suitable forms of support, such as Disability Rights UK member organisations, when we are unable to support with an enquiry.
Seek, encourage and consider all suggestions, feedback, complaints etc, and respond where required in a timely and professional manner.
Use feedback to underpin an ethos of continuous improvement, to better meet the needs of our customers, service users and those we represent.
Promote equality and fair treatment in all areas, not just disability.
We will not:
Share your information with third party organisations, unless discussed and agreed beforehand.
