2.6 Challenge

Some of our supporters have been taking part in the 2.6 Challenge to save UK charities as many of them are losing money due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

"I got involved with only two day’s notice to get prepared, bearing in mind I had not cycled for a while, plus it was the start of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan. Thanks to Bikeworks I was able to get out again, but this time making a difference for our chosen charity, Disability Rights UK. A few members from the All Ability User Group took part in West London and East London. Myself and a user group member completed 13 laps each of Little Wormwood Scrubs Park and at the time we raised £90. Over the coming weeks we reached our fundraising target £250! It's an amazing feeling to know this money is going to a good cause and will make a difference for the disability community :)"

"As I'm in self-isolation until this is over, I can't leave the garden so I'm going to be doing 260 star jumps a day for 26 days and may extend it to 260 days.... I will also draw/paint 26 self-isolation-related sketches/pictures and can send them to the first 26 people who donate if you would like them."
