The DWP are currently developing a process for people to claim Personal Independence Payment (PIP) online

In order to ensure they develop a service which meets the needs of its end users they will be conducting a series of research sessions, where end users feedback will be sought.

They would like to hear from you if you are already be receiving DLA or PIP, are part way through the process of applying for PIP, or may be likely to apply for it in the future.

The DWP will offer a small shopping voucher as a thank you gift to research participants.

The sessions will take place in central London on 13th and 20th March. Aviation House (125 Kingsway), Camden, Greater London, WC2B 6NH.

The DWP needs a total of 5 individuals per session to take part in the research. Each participant will be asked a few questions and to complete a short computer based exercise, which should last around one hour.
