Thousands of disabled Ukrainian children have been abandoned in institutions that can’t look after them, according to the BBC.
Disability Rights International has found children with severe disabilities tied to beds in children’s homes which have been unable to cope since the outbreak of war.
The BBC was given exclusive access to an institution in Ukraine, where Disabled children have been left by their carers who fled abroad. Watch the video here.
