Disability Rights UK is holding a free workshop in London on 14 February.
The event is designed for any Disabled People’s Organisation (DPO) which would like to gain a basic understanding of Social Investment – what Social Investment is and what it is most useful for DPOs to know.
The event is intended for organisations with relatively small levels of annual income (under £250K).
The workshop will introduce DPOs to resources on the Good Finance website and cover:
- What is social investment
- Why you might need it
- Types of social investment
- Measuring social impact
- Is social investment right for you?
The event will be held 11.00 am - 4.00 pm at the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation, located very near to Kings Cross/St Pancras.
We can offer support towards travel costs for DPOs who are members of DR UK.
