DR UK meets with Disabilities Minister about our In the Making project

Disability Rights UK had the opportunity to tell Minister for Disabled People Justin Tomlinson MP  about our “In the Making” project and the ambition of working with disabled people to equip them with the skills to turn their ideas into objects or products such as aids to independent living.

The Minister was invited to support a second stage of the project which would work in a deeper and more prolonged way with participants and to speak at our conference in June on Government support for disabled people to have greater access to this technology and the possibilities it offers.
