This is the final statutory independent review of the WCA, as required by section 10 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007.

This call for evidence for individuals focuses on their individual experiences of the WCA process.

The questions asked of those responding on behalf of an organisation have been grouped under the following headings:

  • the impact of previous Independent Reviews
  • the experience of the WCA process
  • the Work-Related Activity Group (WRAG) or Support Group; and
  • Mental Health conditions and Learning Difficulties.
