Disability Rights UK Ambassador Stephen Brookes MBE signed the anti hate crime pledge during hate crime awareness week at the Lancashire Police and Crime Commissioner sponsored event in Blackpool St John's Sq.
Stephen said ' We still need to create confidence in reporting of hostility and hate crimes for disabled people, and with support from police and CPS we can make a difference to the lives of disabled people.
