Sheffield Law Centre helps a disabled woman win £7,500 from Thomas Cook for unlawful disability discrimination

Janice Campbell was one of 1600 Thomas Cook customers evacuated in the Tunisia uprising.  Even in this emergency situation, in Tunisia, the court found that the Equality Act 2010 still applied to Thomas Cook staff.

Thomas Cook's 'lack of common humanity' meant that Mrs Campbell's needs were ignored.
